Master class in kettlebell swings, cleans, snatches and get ups. Ya’d think kb swings are simple, right? Nuh-uh. It’s crazy how much goes into it if the goal is maximum benefit. Posture, movement, mobility, strength, timing, a dozen separate but connected steps i didn’t know about. So very cool. And a privilege to be instructed by such a capable coach. Dang.
