Karen and I paddled solo. Took turns watching Ollie. I used the Cleaver and then tried her V10 Sport which felt very strange after the Cleaver. Too big of a hump under the knees, too low of a seat, too wide of seat. It was very light though. Easy to carry and responsive in the water.
Did a short paddle in the Cleaver. Had a couple of jet skis kick up waves for a while but it wasn't too bad. Wasn't race pace, but a decent tempo workout.

Dropped to 0% grade for this one because my calves were tight. I had been running on the forefoot more than normal due to cracked skin on my heel. Pace was 6:27 for 1-2, 6:22 for 3-4 and 6:15 for last one. Went pretty well other than stress on calves. The next morning already they're feeling better.
