Mileage is a guesstimate. Casey and I headed to poto this a.m. despite the nasty weather. It was just Casey and me. It was wet and soupy heavy humid this a.m. Im slow but we enjoyed just being out. Our new trail that's a bypass ended up being a bushwhacking experience. We saw 2 snapper turtles laying eggs and as we went over a couple of bridges I saw some really big fish making a fuss and splashing around. The storms held off while we were out there.
It was pretty warm this a.m. so I decided to hit the TM again. I am making progress slowly. I thought this would be a good workout to start getting me back to where I was. I was able to push the pace for a .25 mi and then backed it down to an easy pace. I did a 15 min warm up before I started doing this. In total I did 4 faster intervals in total. I'm slow but feeling better every week! I actually felt pretty good while doing this. When I was done I was soaked and still sweating when I took a shower.

I over slept this a.m. so when I got home from work I opted to get this workout done since its stormy outside anyway. Felt pretty good today!! I started out:
.50 mi flat @ 4.0
.50 mi @ 12% @ 4.0
.50 mi @ 13% @ 4.0
.25 mi @ 14% @ 4.0
.25 mi @ 15% @ 4.0 until the last 2 mins when I bumped the speed up to 4.1
It felt good to push this a bit!!!
I had to hit the TM this morning since it was hot and humid this a.m. plus storms are still looming in the area. I felt pretty good and just went with it.
Not feeling good today but still went out and did something. Ive been really tired and felt light headed today. Casey and I went out together and we did the cedar rd loop again. Casey is super tired too. She came home and went Back to bed.
