Trying to figure out some workouts to keep me challenged and occupied for the next couple of months. I think my bike will challenge me enough. Got on this morning and decided I was just going to spin for a while. I ended up doing something a bit more and whew!!! I warmed up for 15 mins and then decided I needed to stand up and peddle. So I stood up and peddled for 5 mins hard and then sat for 5 mins and repeated that until the 45 mins was up. I was breathing hard, my legs were screaming and it felt good! I'm going to also buy a few spin videos too. AND a bonus for today! I didn't fall off the spin bike!!! Yay!!!!! I'm thinking of going between the spin bike and walking uphill on the TM. I can also challenge myself while walking uphill.
