Quick round up of 2019.
Had some more shitty injuries but I won't talk about those cus I don't want to curse 2020. However looking back at results:
British Long - meh
Jk - didn't have great runs, major panic attack on the middle and snail pace on the long. However I managed a top 10 out of the Brits which I need to give myself credit for.
SSD - scrappy runs throughout and was a long way down on some people but again I managed a top 10 out of the Brits
British middle + sprint - out for injury
I need to stop hating myself and appreciate what I've been capable of even when physically I've been in a terrible form. Aims for 2020 are just to keep having fun and to continue to clean up the nav :)
