Didn't feel too enthusiastic this morning going running as wanted to go cycling. Weather meant this was the only option.
Did go over on right ankle after 5.5km, took a bit of time to get over it. Sore heel after a while. Annoying.

Might change up Saturday/Sunday based on weather and options. Need to build up distance on bike. Also want to focus more on the bike to give body a break after only running the last 2 weeks.
