On the Watt bike.
Did ‘grand tour breakaway’ - essentially 30min tempo with 4 x 3min hard stints on the front scattered throughout.
Was not able for it.

Easy 60mins in UCD.
Ended up with a few of the guys too. Legs a bit tight, but alright. Might put off session tomorrow or do it on bike or something.
Bit labored today.

Steady long one in the hills with lorrieq.
Felt a bit flat after the first 15mins or so, but regained my energy after the next climb. Running pretty well from then on. Really enjoyed it, solid run.
messed up my entry for british champs this weekend, and they wouldn't let me enter the sprint when I tried last week.
If anyone's going to drop out of the sprint, could you let me know and I will buy yours off you cheers.

Always enjoy that climb. New bike needs some upgrades if I'm going to break any records.

Rathfarnham 5k
Knew I ain’t in shape, and certainly ain’t done any work for a 5k. Gave it a good go though to test the shape. Could be a lot worse.
Been a very very lazy week, but ankle feeling much better. Might get back on the wagon now and give some xc and a few other races a good crack.
