Running 31:35 [2] 6.43 km (4:55 / km)

Feeling gooood, and moving pretty well. Happy days. Damn, even short-lived injuries like that one give you a real good perspective on your appreciation for the sport. Probably the biggest injury I've had for 2.5 years, so.
Anyway, not out the woods yet, but can't feel it at all walking now, or to touch. Can barely feel it if I stretch my ankle in order to try and feel it. Could feel it get a small bit tired in the last minute or two of the run, but nothing really. Will still take it easy building back this week, and think that should mostly have me over it in a few days - though I will have to see how it reacts to skiing again.
Between that and the shi cf victory this morning, just a good buzz really.

Definitely more good overnight recovery. Didn’t feel anything, will take it easy today and hopefully we’re nearly there.
Did some laps of the pitch watching a junior rugby game.

Minimal notice, nice jog.

Skiing 46:50 [0]

Could feel the leg a bit more skiing due to the leaning forward and putting weight on the ant tib area. Alright but probably not ideal.
Nice skiing though, feeling awkward again once I started, but much smoother by the end of the afternoon, feeling confident over various stuff - probably woulda been handy to a day if this before last weekend but oh well.

Fairly positive. Haven't been feeling much, and the exercises are going well. Though it is still lingering.
Went for the test jog, felt good, knew something was there, but might not have noticed if I didn't already know about it.

Went for a cycle along lake Hawea as it was a gorgeous afternoon and this is a nice spot.
Underestimated how rough the unsealed road is and the 3-gear has some troubles. Got a puncture and had to wheel the bike back, oh well, was a nice evening.

Nice spin out round Hawea flats, was keen to try another route, and while it did go along bigger roads at times, there was only really one 2km section of big road, and the back rounds Hawea were all empty so actually quite nice cycling out there. Some dirt / gravel roads out there there too, but mostly decent. Nice cycle.
Felt very little at the front of the ankle doing exercises this morning, which is positive. Getting there.

Out passed Glendhu Bay and back. Took the Sunday & Monday off to give the ankle pure recovery time. Got some work off chiro & physio and feels a lot better. I was conscious that cycling could also be over-working it a little, but all instructions seem to suggest it should be okay, so I'll probably continue cycling, but not do massive amounts.
I can still feel the creaking with certain movements, and there are some sore spots, and a little swelling above the ankle, but it does feel good mostly, to the extent that I toyed with the idea of a test jog, but figured that would be silly. I can wait a little.
Cycle was nice, clear skies today. Though some more snowfall would be nice.
