Running 1:10:00 [3] 10.0 mi (7:00 / mi)

It was pretty cold today, about 10 degrees. It took a long time for my muscles to get warmed up to do the workout. We ran 6 400's and 6 200's but not particularly fast. The 400's were all done in 1:10 and the 200's were done in about 32-33 seconds, except for the last one which was 29 seconds.

It was snowing a lot today and I felt pretty good. It was a fun run but I was getting really cold towards the end because of all the water on my legs.

Did a 20 minute tempo run at about 5:40 pace. I didn't feel that great today but I guess it was a good workout.

I ran while it was snowing. I enjoyed today. I ran alone so I could just go at my own speed.

We did 5 x 800m then 4 x 200m. My 800's were 2:29, 2:26, 2:21,:2:20, and 2:19. All had 2:30 rest in between, which is quite a bit more than normal. All my 200's were in 28 seconds, and we had 200 meter jog in between those.

We did 3x60 seconds, 3x45, 5x30, and 5x20 with a minute rest in between and 1:30 between sets. I didn't feel great but I was still able to go pretty fast.

I felt a little tired today because of the races over the weekend and because we lifted right before we ran today. Other than that I felt good.

I felt really good at the beginning of the race but a little for than 2 miles into it I got a sharp side stitch. My legs weren't that tired at the end of the race so I think I could have gone faster but my side didn't allow it.

We did mile repeats today. I got a 5:01, 4:59, then I died and ran 5:13. Needless to say I'm disappointed with my last mile, but overall I guess it wasn't bad. After we did 4 x 35 seconds. Went pretty fast on these.

Ran 5 sets of 1minutes, 45 seconds with 1:30 in between each. This is basically the same workout as last week but with longer break and less repetitions, so we went a lot faster. I felt really good.

Ran a distance run today. I'm still feeling pretty good, but I am slightly tired from the weekend.

Overdistance run with Mike. I felt pretty good and my shins didn't hurt. This is my first 70 mile week since summer

Had a tempo run today. I felt great on it. I ran it in flats for the first time in a while. It was only a 20 minute tempo but I ran it in 5:28 pace.

Ran on the Treadmill in Pueblo today. Felt pretty good. The TM was good for my shins.

We did 4 x 3 minutes then 5 x 30 seconds with 1:30 rest in between everything. It wasn't a particularly hard workout by my stomach was really upset so I struggled with it. My shins didn't seem to hurt at all though. They are getting better.

I felt pretty good on my run. My shins still hurt a little though. Towards the end I was getting pretty tired though. I can still feel yesterday's workout.

We did 8 sets of 1minute hard, 45 seconds hard with one minute rest in between. My shins felt pretty good on this run
