Feeling fucking tired, both aching legs but not from training, probably some kind of inflamation in one heel and some kind of shit in another, demotivated and lost. Quite strange, one week you beat your PB in running, another you can hardly walk and do it like a fucking cripple. When it seems that you can do a step forward in training actually you can't lift your legs from the ground. Sad but true.
