OOC running training. for warm-up we had to run around the neighbourhood to find at least 12 signs for a winter carnival and mark their location on a map. we then did a kind of pyramid exercise were we had to go to one control and back, rest for two minutes then had to get 2 controls, etc, to form 1,2,3,3,2,1. we could only go to each control once. and just so y'all know my annoying HR monitor fell down to my waist for the last bit of the warm-up so just ignore that part.
