Run 38:33 [3] 5.4 km (7:08 / km)

Run around Benalla lake and gardens in the sun between showers. I had to stop when crossing the stock bridge to remove a metal rake off the road after it fell off a trailer in front of me in fairly heavy traffic.

Run 43:34 [3] 6.05 km (7:12 / km)

Run around the levees (rail trail) at Wangaratta. It got hotter and hotter, especially in the full sun, and l overheated. Of course a cool change came in just after l finished and the temperature dropped several degrees.

Run up to Nunawading, across Maroondah Hwy and then along the very lovely Cootamundra Walk (a small but lovely part of which is on my map for next week) before a lap of the high school to check my map. I'm glad l did, because the high school is now mostly surrounded by high fences topped with sharp barbs, with intermittent Trespassers Prosecuted signs. I'll have to change my map to make it OOB.
The run wasn't very good either - sore knee and overall heaviness.

Street O at Dandenong Creek. Unfortunately l didn't plan my route very well and l was left with no option but to visit #10 after l had finished everything else. Sadly l then went up the wrong street. My knee was never happy.

Run 45:19 [3] 6.3 km (7:12 / km)

Run around Blackburn lake and creeklands. I haven't felt like running for a few days as my knee was sore. However, this meant l was able to concentrate on finishing a bit of work, which was good. I also finished my map, which doesn't quite cover the area l wanted to cover but is the best l could do and will hopefully be adequate for street O.
