a bit sore from CF but nothing crazy. I think I'm already seeing signs of the benefits of it and having a lot of fun.
6 AM

Cycling-MTB 1:52:00 [3] 20.1 mi (10.8 mph) +2326ft

good to be back on the mtb during the week. the super dark morning were keeping from it. back to rolling before 6am. stoked.

mellow loop at la costa. good times. cold at the start and warm at the end. that time of year.
12 PM

Strength/Core (crossfit) 45:00 [3]

a bit lighter of a workload today which was probably good. feeling great though.....

30 pull ups in 4 sets ( 10,1-,6,4) - probably could have gotten in 3 sets but not pushing it
20 HSPU in 6 sets (5,6,5,5,4) - used 2 abmats. got the form down now.

WOD:

RX for the wallballs but only #44 for kbs. Rx was #53. I think I can go with the #53 from now on. #44 wasn't that challenging.
