good sleep but still super tired from race, travel, and lack of sleep over the weekend. lower leg and knee still pretty jacked up. no worries or rush to do anything.

have stomach bug or something... so does Maggie and Fi. rough one.

some beers with brad and mario after the race. only 4 hours of sleep before getting up for the airport... and i'm smashed. right knee is kinda a wonky. definitely will not be in any rush to start training again... right now all i can think about is sleep.

decent sleep... but couldn't believe it was already 2am and time to wake up. feeling rested and ready to go. lets see what happens.

ran steady all day. never tried to chase anybody or worried about anybody catching. goal was to run my best race. i never felt awesome at any point but just ok. i had a couple low spots but i was able to navigate out of them but slamming for gel and some caffeine.

very stoked with the result. ready for some downtime now!

i was going to get up to run early... but it's cold and dark. so i slept in. not the week to force it.
