TT was 20 x 200m with jog back recovery. Which is an actual proper training session. Struggled a bit early on and dropped to near the back, ran with Cat for a bit, then sort of got my act together, caught people up a bit as they tired and wasn't lapped. I'm a bit slow and punch drunk with this slow run commuting but hopefully it will figure itself out.
