Went for a swim at TTAC. Never been there before and really appreciated the heated 50m outside pool. It was either a heated pool or there was plenty of warm patches from kids from the day...i hope it was not the later.

Felt slow because it was but suprisingly i did not feel too sore from doing it as I have not swum for ages and the anaconda familiarisation course was the first bit of swimming for 6months.

Ride with a mate from atwell to rockingham for some breakfast and back.

knee is feeling ok, but legs are weak

fresh water bay to stirling bridge and back.

Went hard and happy with pace. I dont know how I can get much faster.

South cott to north mole and back.

Bloody windy and took ages to get to north mole. Was lots faster on the way back. Did not have a watch
