Running (Easy run) 1:30:00 [1] 10.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Easy run on Earl's Trails w/ Brad. Got in a few miles before I met him, and ran into Alex...I tried to stay with her (she was on a mtn. bike), but that only lasted about 5 minutes, with her braking and me sprinting! Oh well, then I returned to pick up Brad and do an easy hour on the trails. Glad to see that he's back running again. Legs felt mostly ok...glad they are finally getting under me!

Easy spin while catching up on Olympic coverage. Figured since it's the last day I'm giving myself to be 'lazy/recovering' I would take advantage and only spin.

Easy run w/ Aaron at Sugarloaf - don't know the exact distance, but we were obviously dragging since we typically make it to the 'real top' of N. Sugarloaf before we turn around, and today we turned around a bit earlier. Oh well.

Easy spin while watching the Motocross race (and baking mac & cheese). What a multi-tasker. Legs feel ok, but want to take it easy on them for a day or two.
