58f & sunny at go time. Shorts & a single lightweight LS shirt. Glorious... Trail rather muddy, but who gives a damn.. Out by myself at a steady, but easy pace. On the return trip I mixed in 12x100m repeats with 100m recoveries. Felt a little strain in my R quad, but nothing worrying.
