Long run - Half Marathon circuit with extension up te Miro Rd. It was hot! Furthest road run of my life I suspect!

Needed to test out the knee after 4 days rest from running. Ran over the lake and did 3 x 2k Harriers cross country circuit. 10:30, 11.15 then 10.00! dug it in for the last one. Knee very slightly fragile feeling, but pretty good really.

Spin class. I was the only one! Wasn't that great, but I didn't have the heart to tell the new instructor. still got a good sweat going no problem!

Note

Knee still sore from last week and Sat run. So gave the 5k series a miss. Was planning to do Pillates at home in the evening, but had to do some work so it didn't happen!

Went to Spin class but it was cancelled. so went and did my own Spin. Warm up 10min. then about 10 x 1min hard with. then warm down and butt exercises.
