Good course on a 'simple' map. Winner = 20.

Forgot to wear my glasses... perhaps just to give me an extra challenge!

500m reps on track x 4 (2:05 - 2:08)
5min rest/jog between.

Then 4 x 200m with 45s rest. These the same speed as the 500 supposedly.
