Orienteering race (Night - O) 49:26 [5] **** 6.6 km (7:29 / km)

Planned to run easy but 100% focussed because it's already more then a month ago I still orienteered. I picked up Toon on the way to the 3th ctrl (4').
So we decided to run a nice speed, (amazingly fast for my shape). But with him my plan to stay focussed and run without mistakes was impossible. Think we did mistakes to almost every ctrl, especially 10,11,15 and 16.
But afer all, it was a fun race and glad I could orienteer again. Tmrw and sunday, again orienteering!
Btw, didn't feel my achilles at all, even with the hard terrain. (finally)
