NAOC and COC sprint. The sprint was really interesting because it was a mix of urban and forest. I had some stupid mistakes and wasn’t able to sprint.

The flu was really kicking in and I had no energy to push it but that might have helped me in the end because I had a pretty clean race, minus the first control.

This long went better physically then the WOC long. I had a bauble here and there on the first 12 controls. The trick section was good until the last control and I just blew it! I tried relocating 3 times till i finely found it.

I was really nervous going into this race. The first 4 controls went pretty well, felt like I was orienteering again! I stupidly didn’t have a solid route but I am happy with the way I went in the end. I was having energy problems and was blacking out/ become confused for a few seconds here and there during the race. I have learned a lot and how to full my self better in the future.
