Got out after Xavier's 8th birthday party. He doesn't turn 8 until Tuesday, so I got to swing out when the kids were gone for a bit and it was lovely. Coldish but not too bad. Really digging the bike, gonna be super fun training for both the MTB and mountain running.

Easy quick jaunt before work. Just awesome out this morning, perfect weather. Was tired climbing up after lifting and nothing to eat, but couldn't help but smile. Got some nice commute ideas using Green and the Light Rail planned, hopefully can add some trail miles to my week.

Leg pretty good. No real stress, can barely feel it now, but not sure if it's in my head or actual tightness in my leg. Will keep an eye on it and keep it easy.
