Nice tough run. Not a proper run unless you feel like puking after it. Did two laps of the red trail and one yellow. The hill at the beginning was killer the first time around but by the time I got around the second time I was able to keep going after it. I'd never been on the yellow trail before but its really nice! its short but its mulchy and goes through the woods so its kinda terrainy. I really liked it. Nice bit of uphill at the end as well. AND I have discovered that I CAN sprint. Who knew.......

I want to experiment with my warm up. I did 5 mins today but it obviously wasn't long enough. I'll do ten minutes next time. 3 mins run to the car....
