Winter has begun.

Monday - back was sore today for some reason and felt overall pretty bad so i took it as rest.
Tuesday - Tisdagsbana, the fear is real
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - Kåbo Nattsprint
Friday - Backbana... No clue
Saturday - Rodhenloppet. And säsongsavslutning
Sunday - A long run. There'll probably be a club one

Lovely long run in Lunsen. The weather was beautiful. Legs were feeling pretty meh and I forgot my map so wasn't particularly fast but good fun all the same. Was mostly on medium to smaller paths and felt like I was going up and down loads. also the board walk parts were super slippy. Got a little lonely half way round so I put on a chapter of my swedish harry potter audio book on my phone. Had to stop and check where I was going like ten times around plantskolan.
