Event: Fitger's 5km
 

Running (6th in AG agh! Fitgers) 22:08 [3] 3.14 mi (7:03 / mi)

Nice to pick up just where I left off from lthe end of last year. Mile 1 good, #2 a little flat, #3 solid. Next up Ice Breaker Tri in Barron, WI, next weekend!

Relaxed 3 mile with a 220 pickup at end of each mile, a wee bit too fast before Fitgers.

Never been a before breakfast runner, just never feel all that smooth, hasn't changed, took about 20 min to get into a relaxed rhythm.
