Hemlängtan with Otik, from Grouse gondola to Mountain Hwy. Probably the shortest "home longing" run I have ever done (they are normally long runs), but it was nice to do a traverse for once. Good pace under the power line and pushed harder up to the high point on BP. Very easy pace down.
