From Lockwood up Gungin. Was planning to do Lazarus but it was closed so did Judderbars instead and then across t Mercury street. Then up Rocky to Luvin Shovels for a look in case they put it in the gravity enduro. Then back up Rocky for a second run of Luvin shovels and then along the firetrail to the bottom of gungin. Trails were riding well after the rain.

Picked up my new bike from Busselton and then drove back up to Pile road for a ride. Started raining cold rain just as we got going and persisted for the first 5km or so.

They had had steady rain overnight so already lots of puddles and slippery logs. Headed out on Boylans then across to Wals track and then back on Butcher track which was awfully overhrown fire trail. Then back to the trail head and Grizzly home. Bars were too wide for the trails and getting cold on the way back as it rained on and off and all the bush was soaked.

Cruisy run from work out to Leederville station via the shops. Got a bit lost at Perth Arena where I thought the path would start but it was closed so went back around the other sde and picked it up. Nice arvo for running.

Two sets of core plus some extra exercises in between. Hopefully get around to foam rollering later.

Ride from home up CM rd then over to sc, down sc really loose and rocky. Then through to the river trails and along to Brookton hwy and up the hill home.
