Back to Carolyn's, easing back into some strength... 10 min brisk walk for warm-up, and only one circuit. Didn't do lunges as I could feel the inside of my right knee.

Ran with Philippa and partly Jay, to the stairs near Stampede grounds. Walked the stairs, and then back up Centre street. Missed the rain!
