Some stretching but I felt good and did some light machine work that felt good also.

I thought I did well with pull ups, 5x5 and I could do that! Then the rest of the worky was tough.

Now starting to feel it. Elbows still okay and pull ups went well for me. <1 Mile; 4 ps, pull ups 7, 6, 7 reps, 20 Dbell single arm squat n press 15 incline bench, 15 bell rows, 25 plate bicycle twist, 15 reverse cable crossovers, 2 sets shoulder shrugs heavy, 1/2 Mile>

Really nice workout. I felt good and did some really light lifting too. Best was rolling my glutes and lower back, it made my back feel mucho better!

This was another tough workout. I began feeling really sore from Mondays workout on Tuesday. I thought I did well though.

I felt good, I ran well on the treadmill, I didn't do much better, but it did FEEL easier for a change. The week off was great. Elbow better and shoulder/pec too.
