Tree Cave Track - Course 4 (M50)
A good course if you forget leg 2 to 3 which was possibly one of the worst ever, so thick you ended up partically crawling - nearly everyone was close to quitting at his stage. Still quite physical after this even sticking to the tracks where possible. Sneaked in for the win finishing 19sec ahead of Glen B.
