Mt. Biking 52:00 [3] 8.0 mi (6:30 / mi)

Bummer for Twohey as his chain and cassette are bad and it pretty much ended any Mt biking so we headed back.

Running 1:15:00 [3] 7.0 mi (10:43 / mi)

Since the Mt biking messed up I dedcided to run around Presque Isle. It was a long slow run, but I hit the trails on the island, soit was nice running in there.

Out w/twohey in Marquette onn the south nokie trails. You work hard to get up the big hill and after 45 min. of riding you descend one of the best rides ever.

Run before work with steve and the last 2 miles in 15:04. Then work on buckthorn removal/ burning and stump grinding.

Last run in sunny Arizona, kinda of boring run on the canal banks, same as yesterday but shortcut to the trail. It will nice to be back home in the Midwest

Run with my nephew from his house at a fast pace. Along a canel bank, but not too hot, hotter at home and you have the humidity.

New category called activities to replace PE activities. This time included bowling, pool basketball and badminton. All with my nephews and niece.
