It was so damn nice yesterday that I headed back to Parkside again as did Katie, so she went back to back 5 mile days.

Signed up for a 10 mile trail/beach run in December in Clearwater, Florida yesterday.

Raceway woods on a brand new map by Rich.

Well pretty tired from yesterdays race and party. I went to control 22 before #2 duh. Brain fart.
Pretty cool new map that was a 3.27 mile car racetrack. Woods were thick and lots of Mt Bike trails. But overall it was a very cool new map. With quick talk about how good it would be for a night O.

Bristol Woods trail race

Great day and lots of friends from O club showed up to run and come over for beer and brats.

The race course changed again. Felt pretty good. This race could have hundreds of runners, but with so many races now a days it will just get a small crowd.
