Running intervals 53:00 [5]
shoes: Nike Lunar Glides
Intervals at lunch at black mtn/little black mtn: 1', 2', 3', 4', 3', 2', 1' all with 1' jog reocvery except 2' after the 4'. Still have a niggle in my hip flexor which is annoying - its not like its bad or anything but just don't quite feel right. It was much better after I warmed up though, the later intervals were better than the first ones. And happily my foot feels much less sore today.
