Spin class (with weekend bonus track). Was tough, I have minor cold so it felt a bit hard today.

Body b class. I don’t enjoy it as much as yoga but it was ok and good my hamstring felt ok for downward dog.

Ran the ol’ Bridge to bridge at lunchtime. Hamstring tendon and glute are really sore, feeling very sad about that. Did 4x1’ skips at end of run, hope that wasn’t silly.
