On the trainer before heading down to the desert. Easy for 15, then 5 x :60 on/off at "hard". Two sets, 5 minutes between. The rest easy.

Long aerobic run from home and out to the Hub trails. Feeling strong on the back end, which is rad.

Work PT. Walked 5 and jogged 10 to warm up, then 8 x 3 mins (800?) with :60 walking recoveries. Walked to cool down.

More of the same. Feeling a little better by the afternoon, but tomorrow could go either way. Down in the desert today running errands. Felt like CRAP by the time we got to Palm Desert, blew my nose and got so dizzy I had to pull over and let Holly drive. Not good.
