A run I've wanted to do for a few weeks - taking in all locally significant 'tops'. Started Overtoun, up Doughnot Hill, across terrain to Duncolm then on to the Slacks. Suncream was required.
Ironically started at this location for an easier run than starting on road ascent!
Not great sleep lately and started slowly, got going a bit in the middle, but was really flagging towards the end. Knees also complaining on descent.
