Woodhill - Whites Line. Juniors training with Gene/Mat & others so followed. Sessions on map contact,simplifying/attackpoints/speed control/control picking in very technical area. Ended with short 5 controls at pace

Ran the rocks between Stanmore Bay & Manly (return) plus playing fields. Good for eye foot coordination, very uneven.Felt ok initally but a bit dead near end. Achilles sore to start with but ok once warmed up.

Pot Luck map, Woodhill. decided to try first ever red1 course (reasoning being more controls - learn more). Damn hot and hard work in dunes.Suprised myself. No major cockups, controls seemed easy. 5th overall

Summer Nav - Panmure Basin. Not difficult, route choices simple but went crosscountry up gully rather than easy road route(my mistake)

Millwater subdivision. 15 min warmup then 2Xhardout sprints around bushtrack. 2:38/2:28
Jogged for recovery in between. Liz/Sam also. they were faster on first loop but I nailed them on second. Couple of lower intensity sprints with Sam around ponds then jog back to car

Weranui Rd.Stop start jog at slow pace with the kids. Added a bit extra up Lloyd Drive when I lost the plot with their speed and left them to it.

Summer Nav - Western Springs course 2. Mostly simple but 2 controls in pines not where they should have been so joined about a dozen others hunting for them. Found last as we bailed out, well down the hill. Probably lost 10-15 minutes on those.
Achilles very sore near the end

Wenderholm with kids. Started around estuary/beach then along to track by entry and over to above Waiwera estuary & back. Cool in the bush.Only 1 medium hill, keeping kids away from the serious ones at this stage

Summer nav - Ambury Park. Course 2.Not too technical and all pretty flat. good to see where the kids run the Auck SS relays. Sore achilles
