21-14-9 squats, lunges, push-ups, kettle bells (then run 5K) then core 10 min and some dead lifts.
7 PM

Running 32:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:40 / mi)

I could not bear to run outside so went to the Port Elgin rec centre for weights, and hill and speed intervals on the treadmill.
