Month 2, Week 4: 3min on/off + 6x3min on/2min off
new shoes! I thought the extra cushion in hoka's would be a huge benefit to my foot, but now I'm not so sure. They felt great at first, but it seems that by the end of the run, my foot was more sore than normal. i'll give it a few more runs though. Maybe the extra cush causes too much instability in the foot??
