Work to station. Finished nights and feeling great. I've now got two days off before resuming day shifts. Sadly I'm back on nights monday to thursday next week. I'm managing to get the training in around the nights but it's hard going and requiring me to be motivated. Fortunately at the minute I am, I love running in Autumn with the days getting shorter and the temperature getting lower.
