Forgot my goggles so a face-above-water swim and, therefore, not as strenuous. Too bad.

Organized an SI run/memory game for the Nakkerkids and (obviously) they loved it and have requested to use SI again. What a great tool! Still no running. Have a heat pack on my foot now. Trying that instead of ice tonight.
Thought I'd go for a run at Mooney's and see how my foot felt. Only ran 50m before I felt a sharp pain. Stopped, did some tricep dips and pushups at Holloway Park and then headed home pretty disappointed.
Kids Running Free session #3. First session that we held in the dark. Kids were great. Strained a muscle on the outside bottom of my foot again. Iced in the morning but then went and stood at work most of the day. Then KRF so fairly sore.
