Jennings River Ride Charity Cycle

Was a bit nervous but had done enough training felt fit all the way round although some of us found it quite difficult especially coming up Whinlatter however I cycled all the way up the pass overtook the faster group and stayed with them for the last 15ish miles after that. Really good fun and had a massive pig out at the keswicken at the end :L

This was meant to be sponsered however I only have five pounds after losing the spnser sheet so I havent been able to get much. However if you wish to sponser me get in touch via facebook

Note

Went to a party yesters and was meant to be going windsurfing today but.. it rained and hail stoned and there is no wind so yeah we just did rigging and filmed it for GCSE :)

I did Indoor Games (QueenBall) then Fitness (Mostly Core and Aerobics)

Grazed by knees on the floor from sliding around trying to get the ball although our team was useless and we only won 1 game when joined with another to make like a 20-20 aside game.

Fitness was good although probably better last week, so funny though :L

Went well although got chased by kids in parts and did a few bad route choices in parts which made my cut my ankle open a fair bit...

I dont really know what to call this its kind of running kind of core kind of s + c and changes every week.

I was late as dancing ran late so we did sit ups while catching a ball ect. 45 degrees ect. and wall sits plank ect.

Stretching after running and exercises. Felt ok, constanly having a sore back of shoulder at the moment though.

Not going to sam's tonight as it is on the hay and thats the hardest and least fun outdoor one even though it would be good for my training and fitness I don't think im up for it after the Peter Palmers

Think I might go for a cycle and small run in prep for the 40 mile cycle race next weekend :)

Cycled from my house (Eaglesfield) to Dean via Deanscales then across to Pardshaw then up to Mockerkin then back via the hill road to Sosgill and round and back across via Rogerscale to Eaglesfield again.

Training for my race/event ride which feels like its coming on and scouted for possible new running routes from there and around. :)

Really badly windy, so I was being blown around alot expeccially went going up the hills at the start against it.

About 10 miles ish..
