Another great day for weather out here. I enjoyed this run. In retrospect, I should stayed on the BP trail. It likely would have been more interesting than the logging road. I had some PF pains in my left foot for the first hour or so. I think it was from all the walking yesterday. Laura mapped it and figures we walked 20-25 km yesterday.
