It’s a fair point Jon, I suppose I thought I could ride it out. I’m backing right off till I feel good again (aiming for Wednesday).
Just want to be sound for BUCS on Saturday - the trainings done by now so no harm in backing off.
Good decision - remember nothing you do now can improve your basic fitness by this weekend (10-14 days for a session to work through your system).
