The owner was showing the property to another family so hopefully it is a sale to a less dodgy owner. Unfortunately it is not publicly listed for sale otherwise I'd buy it (owner doesn't return my emails or calls). Anybody want to be our Waddtage neighbour?

It would preferable to choose your neighbor for sure - the less dodgy, the better!

Hey Wil! I guess the neighbourhood hasn't been the same since those people moved into #27 up the road from you 10 years ago eh!
Bu to be fair it isn't just me that dislikes the guy. The owner doesn't have a great reputation in the region for his real estate dealings.
