There was about 5mm of snow on the ground this morning so I had to dig out my gombie adventure racing gaiters that Simon likes to wear just so I could take Emma to school.

Simon says 'wear gaiters'.

Hey Mike. Been a while. When you say Simon, are you talking about Donato? I just read a good article in Canadian Running (the trail running issue) on Adventure Science. Good read. Also good to see Wil Smith and your 25k Raid profiled at the beginning. Hamilton's become quite the mecca for orienteering, adventure racing, and the like.
