It won't hurt. It looks longer and maybe harder in print than it actually is I think. Although my students do complain a bit.

Can you clarify:
- ab roll ups >> is this a curl up?
- chest raises >> laying on front and lifting chest off the ground (not lifting legs)
- 1-leg skate ski squats >> I've done single leg half squats for trail running, is this just extending the non-weight bearing leg out to the rear on a diagonal as part of the squat motion?
- sitting tucks >> is this a situp but with bringing the knees up into a tuck at the same time?
- plank sausage rolls >> not sure what this is? (google doesn't help :-) )... is it just rotating from side plank through to side plank?

In my world if I don't know what the official name for something is I just call the stuff I do, what comes into my head, that best describes it for me. There may be other names but:
- ab roll ups = lying on your back, legs bent, press your low back into the floor and pull your knees toward your nose so that your bum comes off the floor
(*full roll ups = grab your shins or ankles and rock from your back almost to sitting but don't touch your feet)
- I foot skate squats are as you say but the foot goes out sideways (after driving the hands from up near the ears to down past the hips)
- sitting tucks = in a v-sit, with or without hands on the ground behind, legs bent in near chest, drive them out just above the floor and back in again
- sausage rolls are just twisting planks - I just like calling them sausage rolls :)
