You've said this before, and then gone on to do a bunch of running. I hope that is the case here, but we both know that at some point no running will make the most sense. I hope your knees are already feeling better.

Thanks, guys. Knees are still not great and they were painful during today's long hike. At this point I'm just hoping that I can still do Kilimanjaro.

The only long term options are stay off them or get knee replacements - neither of which I'm willing to do just yet.
