No - but it should be. Letters need to be written to the Ministry of Health, and our MPP. A lot of taxpayer money was wasted yesterday; I had to take a day off school, and will have to take another one (and we are only allotted a few) which requires a supply teacher = 2 teachers getting paid, and it was essentially a waste of the dentist's time, and the hygienist etc. all because? why? the ministry doesn't trust family dentists to be able to do an assessment of whether or not a disabled person can have a tooth fixed without anaesthetic? Surely in 2014 there is the imaging technology available to be able to send a picture of the problem to the Mt. Sinai dentist with a description/recommendation by you so that he can book an app't for Tavish so he can actually do dental work on his teeth rather than just tell us Tavish needs work done and we have to wait another 2 or more months.
